TILE junket showcases the best tile and stone products available in Australia from around the globe, right here in Geelong West. Our showroom is seeking an experienced Receptionist for Saturdays and occasional relief support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome & greet clients in person & on phone
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare tea & coffee
- Forward messages
- Complete Client Project Information forms
- Process sales
- Social media assistance
- Weekly office maintenance duties
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Reception duties including answering phones, greeting clients, email, money handling, following systems & procedures
- Happy welcoming personality
- Proficient in social media platforms
- Attention to detail
- Creative flair
- Professional presentation
